研究目的：

探讨重型颅脑损伤患者，早期床旁使用单双导丝序贯引导进行鼻肠管盲插，与常规的单导丝引导盲插比较。通过比较两组在置管成功率、置管耗时、置管过程中的生命体征、置管相关并发症率方面，评价该方法的临床有效性和安全性。改进鼻肠管的置管方法，形成规范化的单双导丝序贯引导用于重症颅脑损伤患者的床旁盲插鼻肠管置入流程，指导临床工作，早期实施肠内营养支持。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate patients with severe craniocerebral injury, the early use of single- and double-guided sequential guides for blind insertion of naso-intestinal tubes was compared with the conventional single-guidewire blind insertion. The clinical effectiveness and safety of the method were evaluated by comparing the success rate of catheterization, time spent in catheterization, vital signs during catheterization, and complication rate of catheterization. To improve the method of intubation of the naso-intestinal canal, form a standardized single- and double-guidewire sequential guidance for the blind paranasal intubation of patients with severe head injury, guide the clinical work, and early implementation of enteral nutrition support.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）食管静脉曲张或狭窄；（2）上消化道梗阻；（3）外科术后胃肠道解剖结构的改变；（4）胃溃疡、出血、穿孔。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Esophageal varices or stenosis;
(2) Upper gastrointestinal obstruction;
(3) Changes in the anatomy of the gastrointestinal tract after surgery;
(4) Gastric ulcers, hemorrhage, and perforation.
