研究目的:

本研究旨在探讨短视频应用引导下的慈爱冥想对职场人士在人际正念、同理心、协作行为、情绪状态与职场幸福感方面的影响。研究将评估冥想在增强员工觉察力、情绪调节、理解他人观点与团队合作意愿方面的作用,并进一步分析其对正负情绪与工作满意度的改善效果。预期本研究可为企业提供一种便捷有效的数字化冥想干预工具,协助员工提升心理健康与职场福祉,同时为未来职场心理干预策略提供理论支持与实践参考。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to examine the effects of short video app–guided loving-kindness meditation on working professionals’ interpersonal mindfulness, empathy, collaboration, emotional states, and workplace well-being. It will assess how such meditation enhances employees’ awareness, emotional regulation, perspective-taking, and willingness to collaborate. The study will also evaluate its impact on reducing negative emotions, increasing positive affect, and improving job satisfaction and overall psychological well-being. The expected outcome is to offer organizations an effective and accessible digital intervention tool for promoting employee mental health and workplace flourishing, while contributing theoretical and practical insights into future workplace mental health strategies.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.既往有精神病史或存在精神障碍疾病; 2.正在服用精神类药物; 3.无固定雇主及自由业工作; 4.过去一年或目前正在进行任何形式的心理干预者; 5.既往进行过任何形式的冥想训练。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Previous history of mental illness or mental disorders; 2. Taking psychotropic drugs; 3. No fixed employer and freelance work; 4. Those who have engaged in any form of psychological intervention in the past year or currently; 5. Have engaged in any form of prior meditation training.
