研究目的：

通过呼气代谢组学检测VOCs以及收集CT影像，评估VOCs和影像组学的多模态融合模型在AP合并SIRS患者中急性肺损伤的早期、无创诊断价值。  

Objectives of Study：

By detecting volatile organic compounds (VOCs) through exhaled breath metabolomics and collecting CT images, this study aims to evaluate the value of a multimodal fusion model integrating VOCs and radiomics for the early, non-invasive diagnosis of acute lung injury (ALI) in patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) and systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 妊娠及哺乳期妇女； 2. 无法良好理解、不能耐受或配合临床标本收集的患者； 3. 发病48小时内已发生急性肺损伤； 4. 长期接受细胞毒性药物、免疫抑制剂、放疗、化疗的患者，药瘾史、神经精神障碍患者； 5. 存在口腔溃疡、牙周炎、口腔感染、慢性阻塞性肺病、支气管哮喘、特发性肺纤维化、重症肺炎、急性肺栓塞患者； 6. 存在恶性肿瘤、酮症酸中毒、甲状腺功能异常等合并症者； 7. 临床资料不完整的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women. 2.Patients unable to comprehend, tolerate, or cooperate with clinical specimen collection. 3.Patients who developed acute lung injury within 48 hours of symptom onset. 4.Patients with long-term use of cytotoxic drugs, immunosuppressants, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy; history of drug addiction; or neuropsychiatric disorders. 5.Patients with oral ulcers, periodontitis, oral infections, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchial asthma, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, severe pneumonia, or acute pulmonary embolism. 6.Patients with comorbidities such as malignant tumors, ketoacidosis, or thyroid dysfunction. 7.Patients with incomplete clinical data.
