研究目的：

本研究旨在发现症状性椎-基底动脉延长扩张症的磁共振血管壁成像影像学标志物和临床特征，症状性椎基底动脉延长扩张患者预后比非症状性椎基底动脉延长扩张患者差，我们旨在发现非症状性和症状性的影像学和临床特征，早期在非症状性椎基底动脉患者指导临床在何时介入治疗，改善预后。  

Objectives of Study：

The prognosis for symptomatic vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia (VBD) is significantly worse than for asymptomatic VBD. The primary objective of this study is to identify specific magnetic resonance vessel wall imaging (MR-VWI) biomarkers and clinical characteristics that distinguish symptomatic from asymptomatic disease. By recognizing these features early in asymptomatic VBD patients, we aim to guide clinical decision-making regarding when to intervene, with the goal of improving patient prognosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他非动脉粥样硬化性脑血管疾病，如动脉夹层、烟雾病、血管炎、动脉瘤、血管畸形或中枢神经系统肿瘤 2.前循环或后循环血管重度狭窄（大于50%）或闭塞，或存在潜在心源性栓子因素（如心房颤动、心脏瓣膜病、感染性心内膜炎） 3.存在影响脑血流动力学的系统性疾病，如颅内占位性病变、动静脉瘘、脑水肿、重度贫血或服用显著影响脑血流的药物 4.影像学检查资料不完整、图像质量差（运动伪影或无法清晰显示血管壁），或无法完成磁共振扫描 5.孕妇、哺乳期妇女，或有严重认知障碍无法配合研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of other non-atherosclerotic cerebrovascular diseases, such as arterial dissection, Moyamoya disease, vasculitis, aneurysm, vascular malformation, or central nervous system tumor. 2. Severe stenosis greater than 50 percent or occlusion in the anterior or posterior circulation, or potential cardiogenic embolic sources. 3. Systemic diseases affecting cerebral hemodynamics, such as intracranial space-occupying lesions, arteriovenous fistula, significant cerebral edema, severe anemia, or use of medications significantly affecting cerebral blood flow. 4. Incomplete imaging data, poor image quality precluding clear visualization of the vessel wall, or inability to complete the MRI scan. 5. Pregnant or lactating women, or individuals with severe cognitive impairment preventing cooperation with the study.
