研究目的:

设计本科护生灾害护理能力提升的游戏化教学方案。在普通高校灾害护理教学中进行游戏化教学的教学实验,通过实验组与对照组的比较,检验游戏化教学在灾害护理教育中的效果以及与传统教学模式之间的教学效果差异。  

Objectives of Study:

A teaching experiment was conducted on gamification in disaster nursing education at ordinary universities. By comparing the experimental group with the control group, the effectiveness of gamification in disaster nursing education and the differences in teaching effectiveness between gamification and traditional teaching modes were examined.

于 2025年3月-9月选取四川省某本科院校2022级本科护理专业8个班级为研究对象并进行1-8号的数字编号,使用随机数字生成器随机抽取一个班级作为实验组,另一个作为对照组。

From March to September 2025, eight classes of the 2022 undergraduate nursing major at a certain undergraduate institution in Sichuan Province were selected as the research subjects and numbered from 1 to 8. A class was randomly selected using a random number generator as the experimental group, and the other as the control group.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据采集:问卷星或类似程序收集量表数据,对研究者个人信息数据(如年龄、性别、教育程度等)进行线下收集,确保数据安全。 数据管理: 1、录入: 采用Excel软件录入数据。录入人员应接受专业培训,熟悉录入流程和数据字段的定义。 为每个研究对象分配唯一的标识符(即被试分配阶段的被试编号),以便在整个研究过程中准确识别和跟踪数据。 2、编码: 制定详细的编码规则,对研究中的各种变量进行编码。编码应具有唯一性和可扩展性,便于数据的管理和分析。 编码人员应熟悉编码规则,并进行严格的编码审核,确保编码的准确性和一致性。 3、保密: 建立严格的保密制度,确保研究参与者的个人信息和试验数据的保密性。只有授权人员才能访问和使用这些数据。 限制数据的访问权限,仅允许与研究相关的人员访问特定的数据部分。 在与外部合作伙伴或机构合作时,签订保密协议,明确双方的保密责任和义务。 4、储存: 选择安全可靠的储存设备,如硬盘、光盘或云存储等,并定期进行数据备份,以防止数据丢失。 建立数据存档制度,规定数据的保存期限和存档方式。存档的数据应易于检索和访问,同时保证数据的完整性和可读性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data collection: Questionnaire Star or similar programs collect scale data and conduct offline collection of personal information data (such as age, gender, education level, etc.) of participants to ensure data security. Data management: 1. Input: Use Excel software to input data. The input personnel should receive professional training and be familiar with the input process and the definition of data fields. Assign a unique identifier (i.e. subject number during the subject allocation phase) to each research subject in order to accurately identify and track data throughout the entire study process. 2. Coding: Develop detailed coding rules to encode various variables in the research. Encoding should have uniqueness and scalability, facilitating data management and analysis. Coding personnel should be familiar with coding rules and conduct strict coding audits to ensure the accuracy and consistency of coding. 3. Confidentiality: Establish a strict confidentiality system to ensure the confidentiality of personal information and experimental data of research participants. Only authorized personnel can access and use this data. Restrict access to data and only allow personnel related to the research to access specific parts of the data. When collaborating with external partners or institutions, sign a confidentiality agreement to clarify the confidentiality responsibilities and obligations of both parties. 4. Storage: Choose secure and reliable storage devices such as hard drives, CDs, or cloud storage, and regularly backup data to prevent data loss. Establish a data archiving system, specifying the retention period and archiving method of data. Archived data should be easy to retrieve and access, while ensuring the integrity and readability of the data.
