研究目的：

1.探讨基于“诺丁斯关怀理论”为基础的晚期癌症患者死亡应对干预方案的临床实施效果，以明确其方案的可行性、临床适用性、科学性; 2.临床应用基于“诺丁斯关怀理论”的晚期癌症患者死亡应对干预方案，以提高晚期癌症患者死亡应对能力、生存质量、死亡质量和社会支持等，降低死亡焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the clinical implementation effects of a death coping intervention program for late-stage cancer patients based on the Nodding Care Theory, in order to clarify the feasibility, clinical applicability, and scientific validity of the program; 2. To apply the death coping intervention program for late-stage cancer patients based on the Nodding Care Theory in clinical practice, in order to improve the death coping abilities, quality of life, quality of death, and social support of late-stage cancer patients, and reduce negative emotions such as death anxiety and depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重疾病的患者； 2.神志不清或伴有精神障碍； 3.语言、听力、理解能力障碍； 4.正在参加类似研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other serious illnesses; 2. Patients who are unconscious or have mental disorders; 3. Patients with speech, hearing, or comprehension impairments; 4. Patients currently participating in similar studies.
