通过前瞻性随机对照试验探讨关节镜下肩袖修补术围手术期预防性应用抗生素的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Prospective randomized controlled trial to evaluate perioperative prophylactic antibiotics in arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.手术部位先前做过手术、关节腔穿刺或发生过感染者; 2.合并肿瘤等影响免疫功能的疾病者; 3.糖尿病血糖控制不佳者; 4.身体其他部位存在急慢性感染者; 5.术前 2 周内使用过抗生素者，失随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have had previous surgery, joint puncture or infection at the surgical site; 2. Those who have tumors and other diseases that affect immune function; 3. Those with poor blood sugar control with diabetes; 4. Those with acute and chronic infections in other parts of the body; 5. Those who have used antibiotics within 2 weeks before surgery will lose follow-up.
