研究目的：

1.了解育龄期超重/肥胖PCOS患者体重自我管理的影响因素。 2.构建基于ITHBC理论的育龄期超重/肥胖PCOS患者体重自我管理方案。 3.验证育龄期超重/肥胖PCOS患者体重自我管理方案的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To understand the influencing factors of weight self-management of overweight/obese PCOS patients in childbearing age. 2.Build a self-management plan for the overweight/obese PCOS patients in childbearing age based on the theory of ITHBC. 3.To verify the effect of weight self-management scheme for overweight/obese PCOS patients in childbearing age.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重认知功能障碍、神经精神类疾病； 2.合并患有其他严重影响患者生活质量的慢性疾病如恶性肿瘤等； 3.先天性肾上腺皮质增生、分泌雄激素性肿瘤、卵巢间质细胞膜增生症、库欣综合征等导致高雄激素的疾病； 4.合并有心脑血管、肝、 肾、造血系统等严重疾病； 5.不能进行身体活动者及有运动禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with severe cognitive dysfunction and neuropsychiatric diseases; 2. Suffering from other chronic diseases that seriously affect the quality of life of patients, such as malignant tumors; 3. Congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia, androgenic tumor, ovarian interstitial cell membrane hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome and other diseases leading to hyperandrogenism; 4. Complicated with serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. Those who can't do physical activities and those who have sports taboos.

选取2025年7月～2025年12月潍坊市某综合性三级甲等医院妇科门诊育龄期超重/肥胖PCOS患者54例。按照患者的就诊顺序，对符合标准的患者进行编号，利用计算机生成的随机数字进行分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

From July, 2025 to December, 2025, 54 overweight/obese PCOS patients of childbearing age in gynecological outpatient department of a comprehensive third-class first-class hospital in Weifang were selected. According to the order of patients' treatment, the patients who meet the standard are numbered and grouped by computer-generated random numbers.
