研究目的：

药物过量性头痛是在发作性头痛的基础上由于频繁过量地使用止痛药物导致的一种慢性每日头痛。我国的流行病学数据表明MOH年患病率为0.6%。既往一些研究发现长期应用止痛药物可以引起神经递质系统的改变，其中包括多巴胺(Dopamine, DA)系统。因此，本实验拟通过11C-CFT PET/MR的手段来观察MOH患者脑内不同部位多巴转运体(Dopamine transporter, DAT)的变化情况，探讨多巴胺系统在MOH发病机制中的作用。

Objectives of Study：

Medication overuse headache (MOH) is one of chronic daily headache, developing from pre-existing primary headache in association with medication overuse. Epidemiological data in China indicate that the prevalence of MOH is 0.6%. Previous studies have found that long-term use of analgesics can cause changes in the neurotransmitter system, including the Dopamine (DA) system. Therefore, this experiment was to observe the changes of dopamine transporter (DAT) in different parts of the brain of patients with MOH by 11C-CFT PET/MR to explore the role of dopamine system in the pathogenesis of MOH.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）合并任何继发性头痛或其它慢性疼痛或其他神经系统疾病或精神疾病；
2）近3个月使用影响DA、DAT合成、分泌和代谢的药物；
3）孕妇和哺乳期妇女；
4）存在行磁共振或PET/MR检查禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Incorporate any secondary headache or other chronic pain or other neurological or psychiatric disorders;
2) Using drugs affected dopamine or dopamine transporter synthesis, secretion and metabolism in the past 3 months;
3) pregnant and lactating women;
4) There are contraindications for magnetic resonance or PET/MR examinations.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	1）本次研究由研究者负责收集受试者信息、预约检查、随访。 2）数据录入前核对：由研究者本人负责对数据资料录入前再次审核，保证资料的真实、准确、完整及标准。 3）数据录入：利用Excel 2010制定统一数据录入表格。由两名数据录入员负责将数据录入，对不一致信息再次核对，必要时电话随访患者再次确认信息。 4）数据导出：所有数据最终由数据管理人员导入到指定数据库，交统计人员进行分析。 5）研究结束，根据需要将数据打印存档。试验资料根据院科研处对科研课题保存规定在院档案室保存。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	1) In this study, the investigator was responsible for collecting subject information, making appointments, and following up. 2) Check before data entry: The investigator himself is responsible for reviewing the data before it is entered to ensure that the data is true, accurate, and integrity. 3) Data Entry: developing a unified data entry form by Excel 2010. Two data entry staff are responsible for data entry, checking again for inconsistent information, and if necessary, telephone follow-up patients to confirm the information again. 4) Data export: All data are finally imported by the data manager to the designated database and submitted to the statistician for analysis. 5) Printing the data at the end of study. The test data is stored in the archives of the hospital according to the rules for the preservation of scientific research topics by the Institute of Scientific Research.
