研究目的:

本研究以脑卒中后肌骨代谢的变化特征为切入点,从临床上潜在的变量中筛选和识别有价值的影响因素,量化其对脑卒中康复期神经功能结局的风险,构建适合于本地区特定人群的卒中预后预测模型,筛选脑卒中神经功能的预测因子。  

Objectives of Study:

This study takes the changes in musculoskeletal metabolism after stroke as a starting point, screening and identifying valuable influencing factors from clinically potential variables, quantifying their risk impact on neurological outcomes during stroke rehabilitation, constructing a stroke prognosis prediction model suitable for the specific population in this region, and selecting predictive factors for neurological function after stroke.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.恶性肿瘤、恶液质和严重心肺疾病、各种慢病加速恶化期; 2. 合并严重内分泌代谢疾病,如垂体、甲状腺、甲状旁腺、肾上腺和性腺疾病; 3. 近期服用任何影响肌骨代谢的药物。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Malignant tumor, cachexia, serious heart and lung diseases and various chronic diseases; 2. Complicated with serious endocrine and metabolic diseases, such as pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal and gonadal diseases; 3. Taking any drugs that affect musculoskeletal metabolism in the near future.

改良兰金量表(mRS):分值在0-6分。0分:完全无症状;1分:有症状但未见明显残障,可以完成所有日常工作和活动;2分:轻度残障,不能完成所有的日常工作和活动,但能在无他人帮助情况下处理个人事务;3分:中度残障,日常生活需要部分协助,但行走无需协助;4分:重度残障,日常生活需协助,在无他人帮助情况下不能行走;5分:严重残障,大小便失禁,卧床,需持续照护;6分:死亡。依据上述标准进行临床评分

The Functional Independence Measure (FIM) :comprises 18 items, categorized into six domains: self-care, sphincter control, transfers, locomotion, communication, and social cognition. These can be grouped into two main components—13 motor items and 5 cognitive items. Each item is rated on a 7-point scale, ranging from 1 (total dependence) to 7 (complete independence). Clinical assessment should be conducted according to the above criteria.
