研究目的：

本研究采用运动心肺测试与训练系统对患者心肺功能、代谢功能进行精准化测定，给出安全性较高的运动处方，通过观察有氧运动对2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平、心肺功能的影响，以及患者运动功能、精神心理、营养状况及生活质量的改善，达到提高血糖控制能力，稳定糖尿病患者病情，预防和减缓糖尿病患者并发症的发生和发展，提高其日常生活能力。  

Objectives of Study：

This research adopts the test and training system for patients with cardiopulmonary exercise cardiopulmonary function, an accurate determination of metabolic function, gives the exercise prescription of safe, by observing the aerobics glycated hemoglobin in patients with type 2 diabetes, blood lipid level, the influence of cardiopulmonary function, as well as the patients' motor function, mental psychological, nutritional status, and the improvement of life quality, to improve blood sugar control, stable diabetes mellitus patients, to prevent and slow diabetes complications and development, improve their ability of daily life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 近1周血糖高于16.7或者有低血糖反应；
（2）血压高于180/100mmHg或者低于90/60mmHg；
（3）合并有糖尿病肾病、增生性视网膜病变患者；
（4）近3个月发作不稳定性心绞痛、心力衰竭、恶性心律失常、心肌梗死；
（5）近3个月内新发脑血管病及既往存在严重脑血管疾病 ；
（6）严重外周血管疾病；
（7）糖尿病急性并发症及近2周急性感染性疾病；
（8）严重肝肾功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) blood glucose is higher than 16.7 or has hypoglycemia reaction in the past 1 week;
(2) blood pressure above 180/100mmhg or below 90/60mmhg;
(3) patients with diabetic nephropathy and hyperplastic retinopathy;
(4) unstable angina, heart failure, malignant arrhythmia and myocardial infarction occurred in the last 3 months;(5) new cerebrovascular diseases and severe cerebrovascular diseases in the past 3 months;
(6) severe peripheral vascular diseases;
(7) acute complications of diabetes and acute infectious diseases in the past 2 weeks;
(8) severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
