研究目的：

1. 验证使用多重环状探针技术在肾穿刺FFPE样本检测 B-HOT 表达谱的准确性。 2. 使用B-HOT基因集联合数字细胞计数，优化分子病理分型模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To verify the accuracy of using multiplex circular probe technology to detect B-HOT expression profiles in renal puncture FFPE samples. 2. Use B - HOT gene set combined digital cell count, optimization of molecular pathology classification model.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）怀孕或哺乳期女性患者； （2）多脏器联合移植受者； （3）有免疫抑制剂和激素使用禁忌者； （4）合并自身免疫性疾病、严重的心肺疾病或活动性肝病患者； （5）既往恶性肿瘤患者（成功治疗的局部非黑色素细胞皮肤癌除外）； （6）患者具有任何形式的药物滥用、心理疾病或任何研究人员认为可能干扰患者理解研究要求的情况； （7）不能进行常规研究访视或随访的患者，或者在未经认证的实验室随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women. 2.Multiple organ transplantation recipients. 3.Patients with contraindications to immunosuppressant and hormone use. 4.Patients with autoimmune diseases, severe cardiopulmonary diseases or active liver disease. 5.Patients with previous malignant tumors (except successfully treated local non-melanocytic skin cancer). 6.The patient has any form of substance abuse, mental illness, or any condition that the researcher believes may interfere with the patient's understanding of the study requirements. 7.Patients who were not available for routine study visits or follow-up or who were followed at an unaccredited laboratory.

Target condition (The target condition is a particular disease or disease stage that the index test will be intended to identify. Please specify the characteristics in detail; the population should has a complete spectrum and good representative):

According to the judgment of pathologists, 50 patients were diagnosed with no rejection, antibody-mediated rejection, T cell-mediated rejection, and mixed rejection. Ten patients who underwent kidney biopsy after kidney transplantation had no limit on pathological results.
