本研究结合行为实验和脑电技术，评估内感受注意训练对于抑郁症核心症状及其相关认知偏差的改善效应，并进一步探索其认知神经电生理机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study integrates behavioral experiments and EEG technology to assess the effects of interoceptive attention training on core symptoms of depression and related cognitive biases, and further explores the underlying electrophysiological mechanisms of cognition and neural function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有物质依赖病史（酒精和药物依赖病史）； 2.有其他的可以达 SCID 轴 I 诊断标准的精神疾病或病史； 3.当前或曾经经历颅脑外伤或患有其他已知中枢神经系统器质性损伤者； 4.近六个月内接受过系统的物理治疗（电休克、经颅磁刺激）； 5.既往有癫痫家族史或发作史；两系及三代精神病家族史阳性者； 6.孕妇或哺乳期患者； 7.曾经练习过正念或者冥想。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of substance dependence (including alcohol or drug dependence); 2. Presence or history of other psychiatric disorders meeting diagnostic criteria on SCID Axis I; 3. Current or previous traumatic brain injury or other known organic central nervous system impairments; 4. Systematic physical therapy received within the past six months (e.g., electroconvulsive therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation); 5. Personal or family history of epilepsy, or a positive family history of psychiatric disorders in first- or second-degree relatives; 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. Previous experience with mindfulness or meditation practices.
