研究目的：

前瞻性分析妇科手术术后疲劳的的危险因素，并构建列线图预测模型，以期为妇科手术术后疲劳的评估及预测提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study conducts a prospective analysis of the risk factors for postoperative fatigue in gynecological surgery and constructs a nomogram prediction model, aiming to provide a reference for the assessment and prediction of postoperative fatigue in gynecological surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①不能完成各项评估者； ②拒绝签署知情同意书； ③随访过程中资料丢失＞30%者； ④不能完整获得患者的基线资料； ⑤非计划再次手术或术后入ICU者； ⑥苏醒延迟； ⑦急诊手术；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to complete all assessments; 2. Refusing to sign the informed consent form; 3. During the follow-up process, data loss exceeded 30%; 4. Unable to obtain complete baseline data of patients; 5. Unplanned reoperation or postoperative ICU admission; 6. Delayed awakening; 7. Emergency surgery.
