研究目的：

通过研究和整理益生菌治疗类风湿关节炎的规范性病历文本，观察益生菌治疗RA的有效性及安全性。为基层类风湿性关节炎的患者提供一条简便、价廉、有效的治疗途径。  

Objectives of Study：

By studying and organizing the standardized medical record texts of probiotics in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, the efficacy and safety of probiotics in the treatment of RA were observed. Provide a simple, inexpensive and effective treatment option for patients with rheumatoid arthritis at the grassroots level.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）不符合纳入标准者； （2）并发有其他风湿性疾病如系统性红斑狼疮，或患有影响关节功能的特殊类型的关节炎者； （3）合并严重的心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等原发疾病的，或者精神异常和肿瘤患者； （4）长期依赖激素和生物制剂者； （5）怀孕期间、哺乳期妇女、酒精过敏史或有明确药食物过敏史； （6）研究者通过评估，认为误纳入者，存在有任何不满足入选要求者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Those who have concurrent other rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, or suffer from special types of arthritis that affect joint function; (3) Patients with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems, or those with mental disorders and tumors; (4) Those who have long relied on hormones and biological agents; (5) Pregnant women, lactating women, those with a history of alcohol allergy or a clear history of drug or food allergy; (6) The researchers, through assessment, found that those who were mistakenly included did not meet any of the inclusion requirements.
