研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨术前骨密度是否影响UBE结合不同内固定方式的术后临床与影像学结局，以期为术式选择提供影像学与功能学依据，优化个体化手术决策。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore whether preoperative bone mineral density affects the postoperative clinical and imaging outcomes of UBE combined with different internal fixation methods, in order to provide imaging and functional basis for the choice of surgery, and optimize individualized surgical decision-making.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）随访时间≤18个月；2）腰椎骨折、强直性脊柱炎、肿瘤、结核等非腰椎退行性疾病；3）合并脊柱畸形、炎症、慢性疼痛以及胸椎、颈椎等其他部位脊柱功能障碍；4）合并心脏病、尿毒症、严重骨质疏松等其他严重疾病；5）腰椎间盘突出复发；6）重度腰椎滑脱症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Follow up time <= 18 months; 2. Lumbar fracture, ankylosing spondylitis, tumor, tuberculosis and other non lumbar degenerative diseases; 3. Combined with spinal deformity, inflammation, chronic pain and other parts of the thoracic and cervical spine dysfunction; 4. Complicated with heart disease, uremia, severe osteoporosis and other serious diseases; 5. Recurrence of lumbar disc herniation; 6. Severe lumbar spondylolisthesis.
