研究目的：

1.基于BCW理论与药物治疗依从性概念，构建中青年高血压患者药物治疗依从性促进方案。 2.通过随机对照试验，验证干预方案对中青年高血压患者药物治疗依从性、药物素养、血压水平、服药自我效能、服药信念、生活质量等的改善效果。 3.评价AI-HEALS在提升中青年高血压患者药物治疗依从性的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Based on the BCW theory and the concept of medication adherence, construct a medication adherence promotion plan for middle-aged and young hypertensive patients. 2.Through randomized controlled trials, verify the improvement effect of intervention plans on medication adherence, blood pressure levels, medication self-efficacy, medication beliefs, and quality of life in middle-aged and young patients with hypertension. 3.Evaluate the effectiveness of AI-HEALS in improving medication adherence in middle-aged and young hypertensive patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.目前正在参加其他类似研究的患者；2.继发性高血压患者及高血压合并其他危险疾病者（高血压肾损害3期、糖尿病、心血管疾病者、高同型半胱氨酸血症等高危因素）；3.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；4.沟通障碍、伴有严重并发症或其他严重躯体疾病者；5.其他被认为不适合参加的原因。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients currently participating in other similar studies; 2. Secondary hypertension patients and hypertension patients with other dangerous diseases (stage 3 hypertensive kidney damage, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hyperhomocysteinemia and other high-risk factors); 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Individuals with communication barriers, severe complications, or other serious physical illnesses; 5. Other reasons considered unsuitable for participation.
