研究目的：

假设在进行鼻咽镜检查的儿童中，不同类型（短视频、卡通片、音乐视频）的基于视频的干预措施，相较于无干预措施，能更有效地减轻儿童的焦虑和疼痛程度，且不同类型视频干预措施在减轻焦虑和疼痛效果上存在差异。对于接受鼻咽镜检查的儿童，短视频、卡通片、音乐视频这三种基于视频的干预措施在减轻焦虑和疼痛方面是否比不进行干预更有效？不同类型的视频干预措施在减轻焦虑和疼痛效果上有何不同？  

Objectives of Study：

Suppose among children undergoing nasopharyngoscopy, different types of video-based intervention measures (such as short videos, cartoons, and music videos) can more effectively reduce children's anxiety and pain levels compared to no intervention measures, and there are differences in the effectiveness of different types of video intervention measures in reducing anxiety and pain. For children undergoing nasopharyngoscopy, are the three video-based intervention measures (short videos, cartoons, and music videos) more effective in reducing anxiety and pain than no intervention? What are the differences in the effectiveness of different types of video intervention measures in reducing anxiety and pain?

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

近期（1个月内）有精神类药物使用史或患有精神疾病，可能影响焦虑和疼痛感知评估。 存在听力或视力障碍，无法正常观看视频。 患有严重的系统性疾病（如严重心肺功能不全、肝肾功能衰竭等），影响身体对疼痛和应激的反应。

Exclusion criteria：

In the recent period (within the last month), there has been a history of using psychotropic drugs or a history of mental illness, which may affect the assessment of anxiety and pain perception. There are hearing or vision impairments, preventing normal viewing of videos. Having severe systemic diseases (such as severe cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction, liver or kidney failure, etc.) that affect the body's response to pain and stress.
