研究目的：

1.探究超声引导下蝶腭神经节阻滞治疗变应性鼻炎的安全性及疗效; 2.探究超声引导下蝶腭神经节阻滞治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效维持时间。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the safety and efficacy of ultrasound-guided sphenopalatine ganglion block in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. 2.To explore the duration of efficacy of ultrasound-guided sphenopalatine ganglion block in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)因各种原因未行经超声引导下蝶腭神经节阻滞联合倍他米松注射治疗； 2)在治疗后24周内接受除药物治疗外的其他治疗手段，包括但不限于下鼻甲成型术、筛前神经切断或电灼，翼管神经切断或电灼等； 3)资料不完整的病例或患者随访过程中脱落、失访。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria included:history of nasal surgery; history of nasopharyngeal tumor, history of severe epistaxis, nasopharyngeal dysplasia; history of immunotherapy; acupuncture treatment within the last 2 years; lidocaine allergy, or betamethasone allergy; patients with history of psychosis; systemic infection, acute upper respiratory tract infection, ethmoid sinus infection, or skin infection at puncture site; bleeding tendency or coagulation abnormality; patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; pregnancy, lactation, and preparation for pregnancy.
