Exploring the Efficacy of Italian Fascial Manipulation Combined with Sling Exercise Training on Patients with Low Back Pain

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.脊柱特异性疾病，如脊柱退行性病变(椎间盘、椎间关节等退变)、腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症、腰椎滑脱症、代谢性疾病(骨质疏松症、骨软化症、痛风等)、脊柱外伤(椎体骨折等)、胸腰椎骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折、脊柱肿瘤(原发性及转移性)、脊柱感染类疾病(化脓性脊柱炎、椎间盘感染、结核性脊柱炎等)脊柱韧带骨化、脊柱畸形、非感染性脊柱炎性疾病(强直性脊柱炎,骶髂关节致密性骨炎等)； 2.神经疾患，如脊髓肿瘤､马尾肿瘤等； 3.严重的心脑血管疾病、强直性脊柱炎、糖尿病、类风湿性关节炎等； 4.牵涉痛：临床上常见涉及腰背部的牵涉痛主要是由盆腔疾病引起，如女性月经痛、妇科疾病、泌尿系统疾病以及男性前列腺疾病和胃肠病变等内科疾病； 5.心因性疾患，抑郁症、癔症等； 6.认知功能障碍者，治疗配合度较差者； 7.近一个月内接受过针对腰痛的相关治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Specific diseases of the spine, such as degenerative changes of the spine (degeneration of intervertebral discs, facet joints, etc.), lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, metabolic diseases (osteoporosis, osteomalacia, gout, etc.), spinal injuries (vertebral fractures, etc.), osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures of the thoracolumbar spine, spinal tumors (primary and metastatic), infections of the spine (pyogenic spondylitis, disc infections, tuberculous spondylitis, etc.), spinal ligament ossification, spinal deformities, non-infectious inflammatory diseases of the spine (ankylosing spondylitis, sacroiliitis, etc.); 2. Neurological disorders, such as spinal tumors, cauda equina tumors, etc.; 3. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, ankylosing spondylitis, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.; 4. Referred pain: Clinically, common referred pain involving the lower back is often caused by pelvic diseases, such as menstrual pain in women, gynecological diseases, urinary system diseases, as well as male prostate diseases and gastrointestinal lesions, and other internal medicine diseases; 5. Psychogenic disorders, depression, hysteria, etc.; 6. Individuals with cognitive dysfunction who have poor treatment compliance; 7. Received treatment related to low back pain within the past month.
