研究目的：

探究父亲超重/肥胖对子代BDNF mRNA表达及其启动子区域甲基化改变与子代神经发育认知相关性，并探究其具体机制，为优生优育提供依据，具有科研价值和转化医学意义。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the association between the father's overweight/obesity and the expression of BDNF mRNA in the offspring, as well as the changes in the methylation of the promoter region, and their relationship with the neurodevelopment and cognition of the offspring. Also to investigate the specific mechanism, in order to provide a basis for better prenatal and postnatal care, and has scientific research value and translational medical significance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 孕期或孕前有严重并发症； 2. 有宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息； 3. 儿童有出生缺陷或出生后重大疾病； 4. 孕期吸烟、酗酒史； 5. 子代及亲代遗传学异常； 6. 母亲多囊卵巢综合征。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Couples with severe complications before or during pregnancy; 2. The baby with intrauterine distress or neonatal asphyxia; 3. The child had birth defects or major diseases after birth; 4. Couples with history of smoking and alcohol abuse before or during pregnancy; 5. Genetic abnormalities in the offspring and the parents; 6. The mother had polycystic ovary syndrome.
