研究目的：

1.比较点阵皮秒激光和微等离子体点阵射频治疗的有效性和安全性。 2.初步探索点阵皮秒激光和微等离子体点阵射频引起瘢痕修复机制的异同。

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the effectiveness and safety of fractional picosecond laser and microplasma fractional radiofrequency treatment. 2. To preliminarily explore the similarities and differences in the repair mechanisms of acne scars induced by fractional picosecond laser and microplasma fractional radiofrequency.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有瘢痕疙瘩病史； 2.治疗前6 个月及治疗期间有口服维A 酸、面部注射与填充、化学换肤术、微针治疗、磨削术以及其他能量设备治疗痤疮瘢痕史； 3.有光敏病史及正在服用光敏性药物史； 4.对利多卡因过敏史； 5.凝血功能异常； 6.免疫功能受损（艾滋或治疗前3 个月内口服糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂者）； 7.面部恶性肿瘤患者； 8.孕妇及哺乳期妇女； 9.面部有活动性痤疮、特异性皮炎或细菌病毒感染； 10.精神疾病患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of keloid disease; 2. History of oral retinoic acid, facial injections and fillers, chemical peeling, microneedling, dermabrasion and other energy device treatments for acne scars within 6 months prior to and during treatment; 3. History of photosensitivity and currently taking photosensitive medications; 4. History of allergy to lidocaine; 5. Coagulation dysfunction; 6. Impaired immune function (HIV positive or those who have taken oral corticosteroids or immunosuppressants within 3 months prior to treatment); 7. Patients with malignant tumors on the face; 8. Pregnant and breastfeeding women; 9. Active acne, specific dermatitis or bacterial/viral infections on the face; 10. Patients with mental illness.
