研究目的：

本研究旨在评估肋间神经阻滞和胸椎旁神经阻滞在儿童非插管胸腔镜手术的应用比较，为儿童非插管胸腔镜手术麻醉提供理论依据和实践指导。

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the application of intercostal nerve block (ICNB) and thoracic paravertebral nerve block (TPVB) in pediatric non-intubated thoracoscopic surgery, providing theoretical evidence and practical guidance for anesthesia management in such procedures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①预计失血量大于总血容量10%； ②胸部神经阻滞禁忌症； ③术前2周呼吸道感染史； ④困难气道者； ⑤精神疾病或智力发育异常； ⑥麻醉药物过敏者（包括右美托咪定、舒芬太尼、罗哌卡因等）

Exclusion criteria：

1 Anticipated blood loss exceeding 10% of total blood volume 2 Contraindications to thoracic nerve blocks 3 History of respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks before surgery 4 Patients with difficult airway 5 Psychiatric disorders or intellectual developmental abnormalities 6 Allergy to anesthetic agents (including dexmedetomidine, sufentanil, ropivacaine, etc.)
