研究目的：

针对难治性内耳疾病的临床诊疗瓶颈，围绕“难治性内耳疾病的临床谱系分型不清、内在病理机制及分子病因不明、治疗干预新策略有限”这一关键科学问题，开展多中心临床队列和真实世界研究，发现内耳疾病共性特征，阐释其发生发展转归规律，深入探究内耳疾病分子病因机制，一站式提升基层诊疗水平，引领中国难治性内耳疾病创新诊疗能力建设与高质量发展。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical diagnosis and treatment bottleneck of refractory inner ear diseases revolves around the key scientific issues of "unclear clinical spectrum classification, unknown intrinsic pathological mechanisms and molecular causes, and limited new therapeutic intervention strategies." Multicenter clinical cohort and real-world studies will be conducted to identify common features of inner ear diseases, elucidate their occurrence, development, and prognosis patterns, and delve into the molecular etiological mechanisms. This will enhance the clinical diagnostic and therapeutic level at the grassroots level and lead the innovative diagnosis and treatment capacity development of refractory inner ear diseases in China towards high-quality progress.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.明确外耳及中耳因素导致的传导性耳聋患者； 2.明确神经内科相关疾病所致眩晕患者； 3.合并其他系统严重疾病患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with conductive hearing loss caused by external and middle ear factors; 2. Patients with vertigo caused by neurological disorders; 3. Patients with severe diseases of other systems concurrently.
