研究目的：

明确与脑胶质瘤患者术后癫痫预后特异性相关的术前脑电图特征，探索与脑胶质瘤患者术后癫痫预后特异性相关的术中皮层脑电图特征，建立基于临床特征及脑电特征的脑胶质瘤相关癫痫预后预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Identify the preoperative EEG characteristics specifically related to the prognosis of postoperative epilepsy in patients with glioma, explore the intraoperative ECoG characteristics specifically related to the prognosis of postoperative epilepsy in patients with glioma, and establish a prognostic prediction model for glioma-related epilepsy based on clinical and EEG characteristics.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 肿瘤样本不能满足分子病理学检测条件，无法完成诊断； 2. 肿瘤病理诊断不符合成人弥漫性胶质瘤； 3. 患者及家属不同意参与本研究； 4. 研究人员经审慎评价，认为不适合参与本研究的其他患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The tumor samples do not meet the conditions for molecular pathological testing and thus the diagnosis cannot be completed; 2. The pathological diagnosis of the tumor does not conform to adult diffuse glioma; 3. The patient and his/her family members do not agree to participate in this study; 4. Other patients who are deemed unsuitable for participation in this study after careful evaluation by the researchers.
