本研究旨在基于NICO-PPM模式构建医院护理信息化建设成熟度评价指标体系，同时验证其科学性和有效性，并进一步开展医院护理信息化建设成熟度水平现状及其相关影响研究，为后续开展针对性护理信息化建设提供方向，提升医院护理信息化建设成熟度水平提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to construct an evaluation index system for the maturity of hospital nursing information construction based on the NICO-PPM model, verify its scientific nature and effectiveness, and further study the status quo of the maturity level of hospital nursing information construction and its related influences, so as to provide a direction for the subsequent development of targeted nursing information construction. To provide a basis for improving the maturity level of hospital nursing informatization construction.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究将使用电子数据采集(EDC)系统。研究中心的所有临床试验数据均将以电子格式录入eCRF。数据的采集，包括所有录入、纠正和更改均由研究者或研究者指定的研究中心授权工作人员进行。监查员不能录入数据到eCRF。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study wiluse an electronic data acquisition (EDc) system. All clinical trial data from the research center will be entered into eCRfinelectronic format. Data collection, including all entries, corrections, and changes, is peformed by the researcher or authorized stafofthe research center designated by the researcher. Auditors cannot enter data into eCRF
