研究目的：

1.评估PNI、NLR等指标对胃癌患者行根治性远端胃切除术后延迟性肠麻痹的预测价值； 2.筛选出灵敏度和特异度均较高的危险因素。

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the predictive value of PNI and NLR in prolonged postoperative ileus radical distal gastrectomy in patients with gastric cancer; 2.Screening out the risk factors with high sensitivity and specificity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急诊手术； 2.腹腔镜中转开腹手术； 3.全胃或近端胃切除； 4.临床病历资料不完整； 5.合并其他感染疾病； 6.转入ICU； 7.血液系统疾病（白血病、淋巴瘤、再生障碍性贫血等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Emergency surgery; 2.Laparoscopic conversion to laparotomy; 3.Total or proximal gastrectomy; 4. Incomplete clinical records; 5.Complicated with other infectious diseases; 6.Transferred to ICU; 7.Hematological diseases (leukemia, lymphoma, aplastic anemia, etc.).
