研究目的：

观察胸部肿瘤放疗后1年内临床与亚临床心脏损伤的发生情况，探讨放疗与亚临床心脏损伤的剂量效应关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the incidence of clinical and subclinical cardiac injury within 1 year after thoracic tumor radiotherapy and to explore the dose-response relationship between radiotherapy and subclinical cardiac injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.既往有基础心脏病史； b.既往接受过胸部放疗。

Exclusion criteria：

‌a.‌ History of underlying cardiac disease (e.g., heart failure, coronary artery disease, valvular disease, cardiomyopathy, or pericardial disease); ‌b.‌ Previous thoracic radiotherapy.
