研究目的:

1. 验证基于沉浸式VR的避障训练是否能够提升老年易摔伤人群体的主动避障能力。 2. 评估训练对反应时间、步态稳定性及肌肉控制的影响。 3. 探索老年人避障反应的特征差异,为未来其他VR康复训练与干预措施提供依据。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To verify whether obstacle avoidance training based on immersive VR can improve the active obstacle avoidance ability of elderly people who are prone to falls. 2. To evaluate the impact of training on reaction time, gait stability, and muscle control. 3. To explore the characteristic differences in obstacle avoidance responses among elderly people, providing a basis for future VR rehabilitation training and intervention measures.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.有严重平衡障碍;
2.神经系统疾病(如帕金森病、中风后遗症等);
3.严重心肺疾病或骨骼肌系统障碍;
4.眩晕症或对VR设备适应不良者;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Severe balance disorders; 2. Neurological disorders (such as Parkinson's disease, stroke sequelae, etc.); 3. Severe cardiopulmonary disorders or skeletal muscle disorders; 4. Vertigo or inability to adapt to VR equipment;
