研究目的：

（1）构建基于PERMA模式的PSCAD患者积极心理学干预方案，包含积极情绪、投入、积极关系、意义和成就等因素，深入分析PERMA模式与脑卒中后患者心理健康之间的联系。 （2）将干预方案应用于实际脑卒中临床康复实践中，验证并评价该模型的干预效果和临床应用价值，为PSCAD的预防和治疗提供科学依据和指导。 （3）通过本研究积累临床数据和研究成果，开发新的心理干预手段和技术提供助力，推动心理学和康复医学领域的创新，为未来的研究提供宝贵的资料和新的研究方向。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Develop an intervention program for positive psychology of PSCAD patients based on the PERMA model, covering factors such as positive emotions, engagement, positive relationships, meaning, and achievements. Deeply analyze the connection between the PERMA model and the mental health of stroke patients after the event. (2) Apply the intervention program to actual clinical rehabilitation practices of stroke patients, verify and evaluate the intervention effect and clinical application value of this model, and provide scientific basis and guidance for the prevention and treatment of PSCAD. (3) Through the accumulation of clinical data and research results in this study, provide assistance in developing new psychological intervention methods and technologies, promote innovation in the fields of psychology and rehabilitation medicine, and provide valuable materials and new research directions for future studies.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重造血系统疾病及肝、肾、心等器质性疾病； 2.既往患有抑郁症病史； 3.头部有电子或金属植入物、刺激部位有明显颅骨缺损； 4.长期使用激素、药物滥用、长期酗酒史； 5.患有严重精神疾病或认知障碍无法配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe hematological diseases and organic diseases of the liver, kidneys, heart, etc.; 2. Previous history of depression; 3. Head containing electronic or metal implants, and obvious skull defects at the stimulation site; 4. Long-term use of hormones, drug abuse, and long-term alcoholism history; 5. Suffering from severe mental illness or cognitive impairment and unable to cooperate.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The case record form (CR) is used to standardize the recording of basic information of the subjects, their pre-test status, task parameters, and abnormal events during the process, ensuring data traceability. The electronic collection and management system (EDC) receives and stores real-time blood oxygen signal data, integrates the data through a structured database, and simultaneously performs automatic verification, logical checking, and permission control to ensure data integrity and security.
