研究目的：

胃底上皮下肿瘤（SETs）在胃肠临床中较为常见，需要进行精确且彻底的切除以防止复发和恶性转化。本研究旨在比较牵引-预封闭术（TPC）辅助内镜全层切除术（EFTR）与传统EFTR在疗效、安全性和临床结果方面的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Gastric subepithelial tumors (SETs), commonly encountered in gastrointestinal practice, require precise and complete resection to prevent recurrence and malignant transformation. This study aimed to compare traction-preclosure (TPC)-assisted endoscopic full-thickness resection (EFTR) with conventional EFTR in terms of efficacy, safety, and clinical outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）既往有严重合并症，无法耐受手术治疗； （2）严重精神疾病者； （3）存在手术禁忌证； （4）缺乏与研究相关的重要信息。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with a history of severe comorbidities who cannot tolerate surgical treatment; (2) Patients with severe mental illnesses; (3) Patients with surgical contraindications; (4) Patients lacking important information related to the study.
