研究目的：

前期我们课题组已经发表论文证实在不同年龄组的不同个体，随着年龄增长小关节方向逐渐偏向矢状位，这现象导致老年人更容易发生腰椎滑脱。本研究通过在同一个体，观察颈腰椎小关节随着时间推移5年以上后小关节退变和方向的改变，拟排除个体之间的差异进一步证实老年人容易发生滑脱的原因。  

Objectives of Study：

Our group has previously published a paper demonstrating that the small joints are oriented toward the sagittal position with age in individuals of different age groups, and that this phenomenon leads to a greater susceptibility to lumbar spondylolisthesis in the elderly. In the present study, we observed the degeneration of the cervical and lumbar lordotic joints and the change in the direction of the lordotic joints over a period of 5 years in the same individuals, and we intend to exclude the differences between individuals to further confirm the reason for the susceptibility of the elderly to the occurrence of lumbar spondylolisthesis.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.腰椎侧弯 ；
2.既往颈椎或腰椎手术史；
3.恶性肿瘤病史；
4.影像图像问题无法评估；

Exclusion criteria：

1.lumbar scoliosis ；
2.History of prior cervical or lumbar spine surgery；
3.History of malignant tumors；
4.Image problems cannot be evaluated;
