研究目的：

1)研究目标一：近视患病率 研究内容:了解大连地区青少年的近视比例，可以进一步探讨与地域性相关的因素，包括社会经济、环境因素、生活习惯、文化背景等，对近视发生和发展的影响。通过模型预测和数据分析，预估未来一段时间内近视的患病率变化趋势，从而为公共卫生决策提供参考，如包括医疗资源分配、医疗服务需求及公众健康教育。预估未来近视对经济的潜在影响，包括医疗保健成本、生产力损失。 2)研究目标二：近视的影响因素 研究内容：探究近视的发生和发展与遗传、环境因素（如户外活动时间、近距离用眼时长）、教育水平、生活方式等因素的关系。通过问卷调查、体格检查和血液检测四个方面从宏观因素、个体生活方式到分子层面探索儿童近视危险因素。 3)研究目标三：近视的发生和发展规律 研究内容:根据眼部生物测量特征，揭示近视眼球发育规律。根据连续性屈光动态记录阐明从远视储备到近视临床前期再到近视形成的发展特征，并确定不同年龄段儿童的远视储备量以及近视前期的定义。通过了解不同年龄段儿童的远视储备值和屈光度进展量，建立近视风险预测模型，可以更准确地识别出处于近视风险中的儿童，并为他们提供个性化的预防。 4)研究目标四：近视防控手段 研究内容：根据眼部生物测量进一步探索近视进展防控方法的机制。近视防控手段可能通过不同的机制发挥作用，包括生物力学改变、神经递质分泌、脉络膜血流灌注改善，如何联合应用达到更好的个性化近视控制效果，并且确保联合应用的安全性有待进一步探索。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Research Objective One: Prevalence of Myopia Research Content: To understand the proportion of myopia among adolescents in Dalian, and further explore the factors related to the region, including socio-economic, environmental factors, lifestyle, cultural background, etc., and their influence on the occurrence and development of myopia. 2) Research Objective Two: Influencing Factors of Myopia Research Content: Explore the relationship between the occurrence and development of myopia and genetic, environmental factors (such as outdoor activity time, near work duration), educational level, lifestyle, etc. Through questionnaire surveys, physical examinations, and blood tests, explore the risk factors of myopia in children from macro factors, individual lifestyles to the molecular level. 3) Research Objective Three: Occurrence and Development Patterns of Myopia Research Content: Based on ocular biometric characteristics, reveal the development patterns of myopic eyes. 4) Research Objective Four: Myopia prevention and control measures Research content: Further explore the mechanism of prevention and control methods for myopia progression based on ocular biometry.

1.排除有重大精神疾患和眼部疾病等无法配合完成眼科检查的学生， 2.无法配合长期随访的学生；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Students with major mental disorders and eye diseases who are unable to cooperate with the eye examination are excluded. 2. Students who cannot cooperate with long-term follow-up;
