研究目的：

本研究旨在通过回顾性观察，探讨高危儿在出生后 9 月的脑功能发育特征，分析母亲产后心理状态及家庭亲情关系关系对高危儿神经发育的影响，通过建立一个综合的神经行为发育评估新模式，为早期识别和干预高危儿的神经发育障碍提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics of brain function development of high-risk infants at 9 months after birth, and to analyze the influence of maternal postpartum psychological state and family relationship on the neural development of high-risk infants, by establishing a new comprehensive neurobehavioral developmental assessment model, it provides a scientific basis for early identification and intervention of neurodevelopmental disorders in high-risk infants.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

母亲的排除标准 1.严重精神疾病：产妇患有严重精神疾病，如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍，脑外伤等。​ 2.重大躯体疾病：产妇患有严重的心、肝、肾等器质性疾病，影响正常照护能力。 3.认知障碍：产妇存在明显的认知功能障碍，无法完成问卷评估。 高危儿排除标准： 4.先天性畸形，严重器质性疾病，遗传代谢病 ，精神疾病或在服药治疗的精神疾病患者和脑外伤的母婴群体。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for mothers 1.Severe mental illness: the mother suffers from severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, traumatic brain injury, etc. . ​ 2.Major physical disease: The parturient women suffer from serious heart, liver, kidney and other organic diseases, affecting the normal ability to care. 3.Cognitive impairment: the maternal presence of significant cognitive impairment, unable to complete the questionnaire assessment. Exclusion criteria for high-risk infants: 4.Congenital malformations, severe organic diseases, inherited metabolic diseases, psychiatric disorders or psychiatric disorders in the treatment of medication and brain trauma in the mother and infant groups.
