纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有卒中史；
2.严重的心肝肾功能障碍、肺功能障碍及凝血功能障碍者；
3.合并恶性肿瘤；

Exclusion criteria：

1.A history of previous stroke;
2.Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney, lung, or coagulation function;
3.Complicated with malignant tumors;
