研究目的：

通过创制钌(II)配合物时间分辨发光探针，来实现糖尿病性视网膜病变相关生理活性小分子的实时原位检测，并达到在生理和病理条件下通过检测小分子来诊断相关的疾病，为DR的预测和观察提供一种新的低成本和低风险的检测方式。 同时深刻了解其在人类疾病中所起的生理作用，并在未来有望在医学和生命科学领域实现更重要的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

By creating ruthenium(II) complex time-resolved luminescence probes, we aim to achieve real-time in situ detection of physiologically active small molecules related to diabetic retinopathy. This will enable the diagnosis of related diseases through the detection of small molecules under physiological and pathological conditions, providing a new low-cost and low-risk detection method for the prediction and observation of diabetic retinopathy (DR). At the same time, we have a deep understanding of its physiological role in human diseases, and it is expected to achieve more significant application value in the fields of medicine and life sciences in the future.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.排除合并恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病或急性感染者。 （2）排除其他眼科疾病，比如眼部外伤史等疾病。 （3）妊娠期或哺乳期的患者。 （4）排除年龄小于18岁的患者。 （5）排除有血液系统疾病的患者。 （6）3个月内接受过输血或免疫调节治疗者 （7）对所有患者进行常规的血的化验检查、心电图等相关心脏功能检查，并且排除因患有全身其他疾病而无法接受手术治疗，或者手术治疗受到限制的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude individuals with concurrent malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, or acute infections. (2) Exclude other ophthalmic diseases, such as a history of eye trauma. (3) Patients during pregnancy or lactation. (4) Exclude patients under the age of 18. (5) Exclude patients with hematological disorders. (6) Individuals who have received blood transfusions or immune modulation therapy within the past 3 months (7) Perform routine blood tests, electrocardiograms, and other related cardiac function examinations on all patients, and exclude patients who are unable to receive surgical treatment due to other systemic diseases or whose surgical treatment is limited.
