研究目的：

1.探讨4 MHz单极射频设备（TempSure）应用于改善面部皮肤衰老的安全性及有效性，为该技术在光电年轻化治疗中的科学应用提供更好的临床依据; 2.主要目的：通过评估4 MHz单极射频设备（TempSure）治疗对面部皮肤皱纹的改善程度，证实该非侵入性技术治疗面部皮肤衰老的疗效; 3.次要目的：通过受试者治疗后眼周皮肤弹性、面部美容提升程度和患者满意度等综合评价4 MHz单极射频设备（TempSure）治疗面部皮肤衰老、尤其是眼周衰老的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the safety and efficacy of the 4 MHz monopolar radiofrequency device (TempSure) in improving facial skin aging, providing better clinical evidence for the scientific application of this technology in photonic rejuvenation treatments; 2. Primary objective: To validate the effectiveness of this non-invasive technique in treating facial skin aging by assessing the improvement in facial wrinkles after treatment with the 4 MHz monopolar radiofrequency device (TempSure); 3. Secondary objectives: To comprehensively evaluate the safety and efficacy of the 4 MHz monopolar radiofrequency device (TempSure) in treating facial skin aging, particularly periocular aging, by assessing post-treatment skin elasticity around the eyes, degree of facial aesthetic lift, and patient satisfaction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.体内金属植入物（如义齿、心脏起搏器、人工关节等）； 2.孕妇、哺乳期或研究结束后半年内有备孕计划的妇女； 3.治疗区域合并其他可能干扰面部年轻化治疗或评估的皮肤病（如湿疹、过敏性皮炎、严重黄褐斑、牛皮癣、酒渣鼻等）或有明显影响效果观察的瘢痕、毛发过多等情况； 4.研究期间同时参与其他的眼周年轻化的临床研究； 5.不愿在研究期间停用其他非医疗能量设备刺激，并做好防晒者； 6.入组前近4周内接受过任何面部年轻化治疗（如药物、激光、强脉冲光、射频、超声、光动力疗法等）者； 7.合并全身系统性疾病：包括但不限于肿瘤、心血管疾病病史、内分泌疾病（如糖尿病、血脂异常、甲状腺功能异常等）、血液系统疾病（如贫血、凝血机制异常等）或传染性疾病（如疱疹等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Metal implants in the body (such as dentures, pacemakers, artificial joints, etc.); 2. Pregnant women, lactating women, or women who have plans to conceive within half a year after the end of the study; 3. The treatment area is combined with other skin diseases (such as eczema, allergic dermatitis, severe melasma, psoriasis, rosacea, etc.) that may interfere with the treatment or evaluation of facial rejuvenation, or scars and excessive hair that significantly affect the observation of the effect; 4. Participate in other clinical studies of eye rejuvenation during the study period; 5. Those who are unwilling to stop using other non-medical energy equipment stimulation during the study period and take good sun protection; 6. Those who have received any facial rejuvenation treatment (such as drugs, lasers, intense pulsed light, radiofrequency, ultrasound, photodynamic therapy, etc.) in the past 4 weeks before enrollment; 7. Combined systemic diseases: including but not limited to tumors, history of cardiovascular disease, endocrine diseases (such as diabetes, dyslipidemia, abnormal thyroid function, etc.), hematological diseases (such as anemia, abnormal coagulation mechanism, etc.) or infectious diseases (such as herpes, etc.).
