研究目的：

构建一个基于多任务深度学习架构的深度学习模型，用于从口腔全景X光片中同时自动检测多种疾病（根尖周炎、阻生牙、龋齿、残根、牙周炎）和治疗状态（牙冠、修复体、充填体、种植体），利用多中心、大规模回顾性数据集，对模型性能进行内部和外部测试验证。

Objectives of Study：

To develop a multi-task deep learning model for the simultaneous automated detection of multiple dental pathologies (e.g., periapical periodontitis, impacted tooth, dental caries) and treatment conditions (e.g., root canal treatment, restorations) from panoramic X-ray images.To internally and externally validate the diagnostic performance of the Dent-X model using a large-scale, multicenter, retrospective dataset.

排除标准：

1. 非诊断性扫描(显著运动伪影、定位不当)“ 2. 牙列严重拥挤或牙列重叠，导致前牙区多个牙齿影像无法区分牙冠轮廓或边缘

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non-diagnostic scans (significant motion artifacts, improper positioning). 2. Severe crowding or overlapping of the dentition, resulting in indistinguishable crown contours or margins for multiple teeth in the anterior region.
