探讨抗阻训练联合高强度间歇训练对临床前期肥胖大学生循环microRNA表达水平的影响。预测microRNA的靶基因,并探讨其可能涉及的信号通路,进一步解析它们在脂肪代谢、炎症反应和胰岛素敏感性调节中的作用,揭示它们在肥胖及相关代谢紊乱中的具体机制,开发基于microRNA的肥胖诊断标志物和治疗靶点提供实践依据。  

Objectives of Study:

To investigate the effects of resistance training combined with high-intensity interval training on the expression levels of circulating microRNAs in college students with preclinical obesity. This study aims to predict the target genes of these microRNAs, explore the potential signaling pathways involved, further analyze their roles in regulating lipid metabolism, inflammatory responses, and insulin sensitivity, and reveal their specific mechanisms in obesity and related metabolic disorders. It will provide practical evidence for the development of microRNA-based diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets for obesity.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.存在慢性疾病、运动损伤或导致运动限制的其他健康问题。 2.严重的精神障碍,如抑郁或焦虑,可能影响干预或评估的完成。 3.怀孕或哺乳的妇女。 4.长期使用影响新陈代谢或运动能力的药物(如类固醇)。 5.在参与前3个月内参与其他减肥或运动干预的行为。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Presence of chronic diseases, sports injuries, or other health issues that result in exercise restrictions. 2.Severe mental disorders, such as depression or anxiety, which may affect the completion of intervention or assessment. 3.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 4.Long-term use of medications that affect metabolism or exercise capacity (e.g., steroids). 5.Participation in other weight loss or exercise intervention programs within 3 months prior to enrollment.

干预措施:

运动干预共持续10周,每周3次(周一、周三、周五),每次60min。对所有受试者都进行热量监控,通过饮食建议和小程序打卡等方式。热身和冷却:慢跑热身10min和被动拉伸冷却5min。运动过程通过佩戴polar心率带进行监控。将受试者心率控制在80%HRmax。抗阻联合高强度间歇组:深蹲、弓步、胸压、肩压、二头肌卷曲、三头肌伸展、站立排、站立和仰卧起坐,每个动作进行2组50秒的练习,每节运动间歇2min,组间间歇4min。在10周期间,所有练习的练习次数从2-3组逐渐增加,进行练习的时间从50-75秒增加,使用哑铃、弹紧带、药球和台阶凳增加阻力。

Intervention:

The exercise intervention lasted for 10 weeks, with three sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), each lasting 60 minutes. Caloric intake was monitored for all participants through dietary recommendations and a mini-program for daily logging. Each session included a 10-minute warm-up with light jogging and a 5-minute cool-down with passive stretching. Heart rate was continuously monitored during exercise using Polar heart rate belts, with the target heart rate maintained at 80% of HRmax. The resistance training combined with high-intensity interval training group performed the following exercises: squats, lunges, chest press, shoulder press, bicep curls, triceps extensions, standing rows, and sit-ups. Each exercise consisted of 2 sets of 50-second efforts, with 2-minute inter-exercise rest and 4-minute inter-set rest. Over the 10-week period, the number of sets progressively increased from 2 to 3, and the duration of each set increased from 50 to 75 seconds. Resistance was progressively increased using dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and step benches.
