Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of active cycle of breathing technique based on nurse-patient consensus model in pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with AECOPD

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重疾病需要同期进行治疗的，如血液透析，放化疗等； 2.有精神障碍者； 3.合并终末期疾病； 4.持续使用无创机械通气。

Exclusion criteria：

1.For those with other serious diseases that require concurrent treatment, such as hemodialysis, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, etc. 2. People with mental disorders; 3. Combined with end-stage diseases; 4. Continuously use non-invasive mechanical ventilation.

研究团队选取我院呼吸与危重医学科收治的共80例AECOPD 患者作为研究对象，按照入院时间采简单随机分组法用数字法将患者按单双号分为对照组和试验组

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The research team selected a total of 80 patients with AECOPD admitted to the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of our hospital as the research subjects. According to the admission time, the simple random grouping method was used to divide the patients into the control group and the experimental group by odd and even numbers.
