Rapid Identification of CT Imaging Feature Differences Among Pulmonary Fungal Infections (Aspergillosis, Cryptococcosis, Mucormycosis)​

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

混合感染（如曲霉合并结核、细菌合并真菌）；CT图像质量不合格（运动伪影、层厚>2 mm）；抗真菌/抗生素治疗>7天后才行CT检查；妊娠或未成年人（<18岁）；罕见真菌（如组织胞浆菌、球孢子菌）；临床资料缺失>20%。

Exclusion criteria：

Polymicrobial infections​​ (e.g., fungal-bacterial or fungal-mycobacterial coinfections). ​​Non-diagnostic CT scans​​ (slice thickness >2 mm or significant motion artifacts). ​​Delayed imaging​​ (CT obtained >7 days after initiating antimicrobial therapy). ​​Pregnant women or pediatric patients (<18 years)​​. ​​Infections caused by rare fungi​​ (e.g., endemic dimorphic fungi such as Histoplasma capsulatum). ​​Cases with >20% missing essential clinical data​​.
