研究目的：

评价ERAS应用于老年肝胆管结石患者行肝切除术的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

valuate the application of ERAS. It is beneficial for the liver and gallbladdersurgeries, especially for those with a female gender or those with both male and female chanacteristics.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)腹部手术史；2)术前近期感染：包括泌尿系、肺部、胆道等感染；3）有心脑血管并发症（如心梗、脑梗）；4）严重基础疾病（如心功能不全、肾功能不全）；5）术后转入ICU；6）急诊手术患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) History of abdominal surgery;
2) Recent preoperative infection: including urinary tract, pulmonary, biliary tract, etc. infections;
3) Presence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications (such as myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction);
4) Severe underlying diseases (such as heart failure, renal insufficiency);
5) Postoperative transfer to ICU;
6) Emergency surgery patients.
