研究目的：

（1） 明确ICU清醒患者睡眠障碍的关键影响因素，构建风险预测模型，识别高危风险人群。 （2） 验证“生物-心理-社会医学因素”的因果路径以及ICU清醒患者在睡眠障碍发生过程中的交互作用。 （3）基于风险预测模型和交互作用机制，开发ICU清醒患者睡眠障碍多维协同管理方案，验证真实世界应用效果，优化管理模式。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Identify the key influencing factors of sleep disorders in awake ICU patients, construct a risk prediction model, and identify high-risk groups. 2.Verify the causal path of "biological-psychological-social medical factors" and the interaction in the occurrence process of sleep disorders in awake ICU patients. 3.Based on the risk prediction model and interaction mechanism, develop a multi-dimensional collaborative management plan for sleep disorders in awake ICU patients, verify the application effect in the real world, and optimize the management model.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①院外长期服用安眠药等助眠药物的患者；②意识改变、中枢神经系统或精神疾病患者；③接受镇静剂或抗精神病药物的患者；④入ICU时已发生谵妄的患者（ICDSC（Intensive Care Delirium Screening Checklist）≥4分）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have been taking sleeping pills and other sleep-aiding drugs for a long time outside the hospital; 2. Patients with altered consciousness, central nervous system or mental diseases; 3. Patients receiving sedatives or antipsychotic drugs; 4. Patients with delirium at the time of ICU admission (ICDSC (Intensive Care Delirium Screening Checklist) ≥ 4 points).
