研究目的：

本课题将研究术前短期预防性补充钙和维生素D3对于防治甲状腺全切除术后低钙及甲状旁腺功能减退发生率的临床意义，初步探索预防性补充钙和维生素D3的合理组合及时间，指导临床中甲状腺手术的围术期处理  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the clinical efficacy of preoperative short-term calcium and vitamin D3 supplementation for preventing postoperative hypocalcemia and transient hypoparathyroidism in patients undergoing total thyroidectomy, with particular focus on establishing optimal supplementation regimens and providing evidence-based guidance for perioperative management in thyroid surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.颈部手术史；
2.甲状腺良性肿瘤；
3.甲状旁腺疾患；
4.因其他疾病口服补钙或维生素D3者；
5.长期口服质子泵抑制剂者；
6.长期口服避孕药或雌激素者；
7.严重的肝肾功能不全者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous neck surgery;
2.Benign thyroid tumors;
3.Parathyroid disorders;
4.Current use of calcium or vitamin D3 supplements for other medical conditions;
5.Long-term proton pump inhibitor use;
6.Long-term oral contraceptive or estrogen therapy;
7.Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency;
