研究目的：

分析Hcy影响胚胎种植结局的截断值，找到临床干预的截点； 比较卵巢周期不同阶段的Hcy水平对妊娠结局的预测差异； 发生重复着床失败的Hcy预警阈值。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the cutoff value of Hcy in predicting embryo implantation outcomes and identify thresholds for clinical intervention; To compare the predictive value of Hcy levels across different ovarian cycles for pregnancy outcomes; To establish the Hcy threshold for predicting recurrent implantation failure.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有明确导致移植失败因素：首次移植无优质胚胎；宫腔环境欠佳：未处理的输卵管积水； 2.子宫内膜异位症； 3.夫妻双方染色体异常； 4.严重疾病：严重免疫性疾病、未控制的糖尿病、慢性肾病、全身感染性疾病； 5.恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Clear factors contributing to implantation failure, including absence of good-quality embryos in the first cycle, abnormal uterine environment, or untreated hydrosalpinx. 2. Endometriosis. 3. Chromosomal abnormalities in either partner. 4. Severe diseases, such as severe immune disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and systemic infectious diseases. 5. Malignant tumors.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

从中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院及其他中心数据库获取数据，包括：人群基线特征、病历资料、Hcy水平及检测时机、MTHFR基因型、卵巢功能等指标、代谢相关指标、风湿免疫凝血相关指标、染色体及彩超检查结果、辅助生殖助孕资料、妊娠结局。数据储存在excel表格中，研究时通过R语言调取。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data will be collected from the databases of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital and other centers, including baseline population characteristics, medical records, Hcy levels and measurement timing, MTHFR genotypes, ovarian function indicators, metabolic markers, rheumatic, immune, and coagulation parameters, chromosome and ultrasound results, assisted reproductive data, and pregnancy outcomes. The data will be stored in Excel spreadsheets and retrieved for analysis using R software.
