研究目的：

①探讨与新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎发生相关的肠道菌群结构变化规律，找出NEC发生进程的关键的时间节点； ②研究核心菌群的相互作用模式，鉴定出与NEC发生密切相关的肠道菌群，确定关键的微生物组分； ③发现与NEC发生相关联的肠道菌群功能基因，确定关键的功能基因；  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the structural changes of intestinal flora associated with neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis, and find out the key time nodes for the occurrence of NEC; 2. To Study the interaction pattern of the core microbes, identify the microbes closely related to NEC, and identify key microbial components; 3. To find the functional genes of intestinal microbes associated with NEC, and identified key functional genes.

随机数表法。 病例组为在观察期间所有发生NEC的患儿。 对照组来自纳入观察的未发生NEC的患儿，从每一个NEC患儿匹配的对照患儿中抽样，先编码，然后根据随机数表进行取样。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

All the infants with NEC during the observation period were enrolled in case group. The control group were selected from the observed infants without NEC. The random number table method would be used in sampling. Infants matched with each NEC infants was sampled according to the random number table.
