研究目的：

1.了解中国抗肿瘤治疗相关恶心呕吐（CINV）全周期内的总体发生情况和特点； 2.评估中国临床 CINV 预防的指南依从性及规范化用药情况； 3.探索性分析 CINV 与患者心理焦虑、抑郁的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the overall occurrence of anti-tumor treatment-related nausea and vomiting (CINV) throughout the entire cycle in China Features; 2. Evaluate the guideline compliance and standardized medication use for the prevention of CINV in Chinese clinical practice; 3. Exploratory analysis of the correlation between CINV and patients' psychological anxiety and depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）正在或将要接受可能引起恶心呕吐的治疗（除抗肿瘤治疗外）； （2）合并未控制稳定的颅内转移； （3）入组前三天发生任何原因的恶心/呕吐； （4）合并可能引发恶心呕吐的疾病； （5）有明显的精神障碍，研究者判断无法完成研究；正参与其它临床试验； （6）依从性较差或研究者判断无法完成研究的任何情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Currently undergoing or about to receive treatment that may cause nausea and vomiting (except for anti-tumor treatment); (2) Combined with uncontrolled stable intracranial metastases; (3) Nausea/vomiting of any cause occurred within three days before enrollment; (4) Concurrent diseases that may cause nausea and vomiting; (5) There are obvious mental disorders, and the researcher determines that the study cannot be completed; Currently participating in other clinical trials; (6) Any situation where compliance is poor or the researcher determines that the study cannot be completed.
