研究目的：

以现状调查结果为基础，在格林模式理论指导下制定并实施提升乳腺癌术后患者知-信-行水平的护理干预方案，探讨该护理方案对乳腺癌术后患者预防淋巴水肿知识、态度、行为的影响，为临床医护人员进行乳腺癌术后患者的淋巴水肿管理提供了参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the findings of the current situation survey, a nursing intervention program was developed and implemented under the guidance of the PRECEDE-PROCEED Model theory to enhance the knowledge-attitude-practice level of postoperative breast cancer patients. This study explored the impact of the nursing program on the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of postoperative breast cancer patients in preventing lymphedema, providing a reference basis for clinical healthcare professionals in managing lymphedema among postoperative breast cancer patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重躯体疾病或恶性肿瘤者 2.患有严重认知障碍或精神疾病者，无法正常沟通交流 3.术前存在上肢水肿、功能异常情况 4.参与过其他淋巴水肿相关干预研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with other serious physical diseases or malignant tumors 2. Those with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness who cannot communicate normally 3. Upper limb edema and abnormal function before surgery 4. Patients who have participated in other lymphedema-related interventional studies
