研究目的：

1. 研究旨探究无蒂锯齿状病变（SSLs）的临床、内镜及病理特征，SSLs癌变的临床内镜特点和相关因素，为更好地识别SSLs、指导治疗方式的选择及预防CRC的发生提供参考。 2. 探究相关分子标志物在SSLs癌变不同阶段的表达与作用，为发掘结直肠肿瘤患者的疾病发生、发展机制及潜在的新的预防和治疗方法提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The aim of this study is to explore the clinical, endoscopic and pathological characteristics of sessile serrated lesions(SSLs), the clinical endoscopic features and related factors of carcinogenesis of traditional serrated adenoma, and to provide references for better identification of SSLs, guidance on the selection of treatment methods and prevention of the occurrence of colorectal cancer. 2. To explore the expression and role of relevant molecular markers at different stages of SSLs carcinogenesis, and to provide a basis for uncovering the disease occurrence and development mechanisms of colorectal tumor patients as well as potential new prevention and treatment method

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 同时患有其他肠道疾病：炎症性肠病、遗传性结直肠癌（第1类为非息肉病性综合征，包括林奇综合征（Lynch syndrome）和家族性结直肠癌X型林奇样综合征；第2类是息肉病性综合征，包括家族性腺瘤性息肉病等）； 2. 镜检前已确诊有结直肠恶性肿瘤以及其他部位恶性肿瘤病史； 3. 有结直肠切除手术、进展期腺瘤切除术病史； 4. 结肠镜检查不完整，未能到达盲肠，肠道准备不合格（波士顿评分<6分）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient also has other intestinal diseases: inflammatory bowel disease, hereditary colorectal cancer (the first type is non-polyposis syndrome, including Lynch syndrome and familial colorectal cancer X Lynch syndrome; The second category is polyposis syndrome, including familial adenomatous polyposis, etc. ; 2. The patient was diagnosed with a history of colorectal malignant tumors and malignant tumors in other parts before microscopic examination; 3. The patient has a history of colorectal resection and advanced adenoma resection; 4. The colonoscopy of the patient was incomplete, failing to reach the cecum, and the intestinal preparation was unqualified (Boston score <6 points).
