研究目的：

本研究旨在开发一套适用于50岁及以上人群的艾滋病预防交互式数字健康干预方案，并基于整群随机对照试验评估其在提升艾滋病防治知识水平、安全套使用意图与行为、自我效能以及降低污名化与歧视态度等方面的干预效果。研究结果将为中老年人群艾滋病防控策略提供实证支持与实践路径。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop an interactive digital health intervention for HIV prevention among adults aged 50 years and older, and to evaluate its effectiveness through a cluster randomized controlled trial. The primary outcomes include improvements in HIV-related knowledge, condom use intention and behavior, self-efficacy, and reductions in stigma and discriminatory attitudes. The findings will provide empirical evidence and practical strategies for HIV prevention among the older adult population.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

随机分组由项目组中未参与现场实施的研究人员负责，使用计算机随机数字表（如R语言中的sample()函数或Excel随机函数）生成随机序列。以社区为单位进行整群随机，将抽取的4个社区随机分配为干预组和对照组（各2个社区）。随机分组过程由独立第三方人员封存，研究实施人员在分配前不知晓分组结果。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The random allocation sequence will be generated by a research team member who is not involved in field implementation, using a computer-generated random number table (e.g., R software sample() function or Excel RAND function). Four selected communities will be randomly assigned into the intervention group (2 communities) and the control group (2 communities). The allocation sequence will be sealed and maintained by an independent staff member, and implementers will remain blinded to group assignment until allocation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究全部采用基于微信小程序的电子数据采集系统（Electronic Data Capture, EDC）进行数据收集与管理。所有问卷调查、行为日志和干预过程数据均通过小程序实时上传至安全的服务器数据库。研究团队通过权限分级管理和定期数据审核，确保数据的完整性、准确性和安全性。所有个人信息均经过匿名化处理，符合相关隐私保护法规。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study employs a fully electronic data capture (EDC) system based on a WeChat mini-program for data collection and management. All questionnaire responses, behavioral logs, and intervention process data are uploaded in real-time to a secure server database via the mini-program. The research team implements role-based access control and conducts regular data audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security. All personal information is anonymized in compliance with relevant privacy protection regulations.
